For intravenous drug preparation areas, independent functional compartments are configured based on specific operational needs, equipped with biosafety cabinets, horizontal laminar flow workstations, and other cleanroom equipment. The core operational zones implement dynamic Class 100 cleanroom control, and all environmental surfaces in contact with pharmaceutical products are fabricated from medical-grade materials that exhibit no leachable substances and are easily sterilizable. The entire system is integrated with an intelligent operation and maintenance management platform, enabling real-time monitoring of cleanliness levels, pressure differentials, temperature and humidity parameters, and the operational status of sterilization equipment across all zones; all environmental data are automatically stored and archived.
